In the case of an obvious error in the published odds — including for cricket markets covering PSL, ICC tournaments or international bilateral series — pk9147 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake.
If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before completion, bets may be voided and stakes returned in accordance with the specific market rules applicable to that event type. In-play bets on markets that have already been settled prior to abandonment will stand as settled.
In-play betting markets are offered at pk9147's discretion. The platform operates with a brief delay in live data feeds. Users accept that this delay is an inherent feature of live betting. Exploiting data feed latency for arbitrage purposes is considered prohibited conduct under Section 10.
Maximum single-bet and aggregate daily payout limits apply across all sports markets. These limits are published on the platform and may be adjusted without notice. Winnings above the applicable maximum payout will be reduced to the cap amount.
All casino games available on pk9147 — including live dealer games, slots, table games and instant games — are governed by the rules of the individual game as presented within the game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between on-page promotional text and in-game rules, the in-game rules shall prevail.
In the event of a game malfunction, communication failure or system error, all affected game rounds or bets will be voided and stakes returned to player balances. pk9147 is not liable for winnings generated as a result of a technical error or system malfunction. Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms. As an illustrative example only: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement would require PKR 100,000 in qualifying bets to be completed before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.
Different game types contribute different percentages towards the completion of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at a higher rate than table games, live dealer games or sports bets. Specific contribution rates are listed in the bonus terms for each offer.
Where a bonus is active on your account, a maximum per-bet limit applies. Exceeding this limit — whether through a single bet or through aggregated bets across a short period — may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. Any attempt to abuse, exploit or otherwise circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to lock in bonus winnings, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or participation in excluded bonus-game strategies — will result in the forfeit of all bonus funds and associated winnings and may result in permanent account suspension.
Uncompleted bonus wagering requirements will expire after the period stated in the specific promotion terms. Upon expiry, bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the account balance. Real-money funds deposited as part of the qualifying deposit are not affected by bonus expiry unless otherwise specified.

pk9147 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any User account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete verification, account inactivity for a prolonged period, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulation.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting pk9147 support. Before closure is processed, any outstanding wagering requirements associated with active bonuses must be reviewed, and remaining verified balances are eligible for withdrawal subject to applicable verification and processing conditions.
Upon account termination for cause (e.g., fraud, prohibited conduct, multiple accounts), pk9147 reserves the right to retain any balances found to have been derived from prohibited activity. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk9147 is licensed or registered as an operator. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless alternative dispute resolution processes are made available by pk9147.
